↳Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science (university or university of applied sciences), or equivalent proven technical expertise
↳5+ years of hands‑on experience with the FIX protocol, including deep knowledge of Order/Trade Flows, FIX-Engine and Frameworks
↳Solid Linux proficiency
↳Programming skills in at least one language: ESQL, Bash, Perl, Java
↳Strong experience with MQ client/broker connectivity and related industry standards
↳Proven expertise in developing integration solutions in a banking environment using: IBM MQ, IBM Integration Bus (IIB), IBM ACE
↳Experience with client and exchange connectivity in financial markets
↳Good understanding of key financial products (Equities, FX, Derivatives)
↳Knowledge of SWIFT (ISO20022 / MT / MX) is considered an advantage
↳Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
↳Analytical mindset with structured problem‑solving capabilities
↳Ability to work independently in both project environments and 24/7 operational settings
↳Service‑oriented attitude and readiness to take ownership of technical issues
