• Coordinate the delivery of marketing activities across campaigns, client events, web and email channels, ensuring high quality and timely execution.
• Orchestrate collaboration between business stakeholders, marketers, offshore delivery teams and Marketing Operations specialists to create seamless delivery experiences.
• Drive the adoption and continuous optimisation of Adobe Workfront and related marketing technology platforms to increase transparency and efficiency.
• Enhance operational processes, workflows and governance standards to strengthen consistency and scalability across the marketing organisation.
• Develop reporting dashboards and operational metrics that provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Monitor service performance, identify improvement opportunities and contribute to the ongoing evolution of Marketing Operations at PwC Switzerland.
