↳Proven experience managing digital implementation projects in airline or MRO environments, especially with AMOS.
↳Deep, hands-on understanding of AMOS at a Key-User or Super-User level.
↳Expertise in scheduling, scoping, stakeholder management - PMP is a plus.
↳Strong digital acumen: system configuration, mobility/mobile devices, API integrations, data analysis.
↳Capabilities in assessing and mapping processes using methodologies like Lean, Value-Chain, BPMN.
↳Confident presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
↳A collaborative and communicative approach, capable of adapting within dynamic project settings.
↳Fluent in English; German or other languages are a plus.
↳Desire to travel internationally and able to relocate to the Basel area, Switzerland.
