03Reporting to a senior manager within an operational excellence function, you will contribute to the design, optimisation and implementation of end-to-end business processes, while ensuring alignment between systems, data flows and operational practices. This role combines project management, business analysis, process design, systems interaction and change management within a highly collaborative and dynamic environment.
01Contribute to the planning and execution of projects with defined deliverables, timelines and stakeholders
02Monitor progress, identify risks and support mitigation actions
03Prepare materials for governance meetings and support decision-making processes
04Analyse existing processes, identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
05Develop process documentation, workflows, and business requirements (BRDs)
06Ensure coherence across processes, policies and systems
07Collaborate with IT teams to support system design, integration and data flows
08Contribute to testing activities (UAT) and ensure quality of system solutions
09Support data quality initiatives and process consistency
10Contribute to change management strategies and communication plans
11Develop user-facing materials (guides, communications, workshops)
12Support adoption and integration of new processes into operations
13Participate in ongoing process management and issue resolution
14Support continuous improvement initiatives and identification of optimisation opportunities
15Contribute to maintaining high-quality, user-friendly and streamlined processes
