Une localisation dans l'une de nos autres agences de Suisse romande est également envisageable (Genève, Fribourg, Neuchâtel ou Sion).

Aufgaben

Ensure complete management of large-scale railway and/or road projects, from the offer phase to closure.
Lead often multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.
Ensure task planning and resource management while guaranteeing compliance with client objectives, quality standards, deadlines, and budgets.
Be the main contact for clients and strategic partners.
Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary contractor groups, particularly on strategic and financial aspects.
Oversee financial management of projects: budget preparation and monitoring, cost control, and profitability.
Ensure quality, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery of deliverables.
Supervise and technically support teams in charge of infrastructure projects, with the support of experienced engineers.
Ensure interface with different WSP units to coordinate interfaces between infrastructure and road development projects.
Manage the team in charge of infrastructure projects: planning, organization, support, and development of employees.
Actively contribute to the commercial development of the activity through strategy definition, client relations, and service offer preparation.
Participate in the strategy for developing railway and road activities within the company.

Anforderungen

Degree in civil engineering (or equivalent training).
Confirmed experience of at least 15 years in managing complex railway and/or road projects.
Professional experience in Switzerland of at least 10 years.
Strong mastery of financial project management.
Recognized leadership and ability to unite multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent knowledge of current standards and procedures in Switzerland, particularly in the railway sector.
Strategic sense, rigor, relational ease, and results orientation.
Perfect command of French; good knowledge of German and/or English is an asset.
