Your responsibilities As Construction Project Manager, you will lead and manage all construction aspects of small to medium-sized building projects. You will ensure the delivery of safe, compliant, sustainable, and innovative property solutions that meet the needs of the business and the many people. You will: Take responsibility for the successful delivery of construction projects - from planning through to completion. Ensure that safety, compliance, sustainability, and quality requirements are met. Implement construction project delivery strategies, methods, and procedures in line with IKEA standards. Coordinate internal stakeholders across Real Estate and core business areas, as well as external partners. Work closely with authorities, consultants, suppliers, and contractors. Secure procurement, contractor management, permits, budgets, and cost follow-up for the project.
