As a Technology Consultant, you will serve as a strategic thought leader and go-to expert for the Data Management & Data Quality Platforms (DMDQ) organization. You will lead cross-functional teams on high-impact, complex products, anticipating changing business conditions and recommending strategic directions with enterprise-wide implications. By engaging with senior leaders and scaling Agile frameworks, you will align priorities across product squads and resolve unprecedented problems. You will shape product roadmaps, influence domain strategy using extensive industry knowledge, and masterfully mentor colleagues to foster a highly collaborative, safe, and innovative team environment.

Anforderungen
↳8+ years of Consultancy experience, including 5+ years in life sciences/pharma.
↳Proven track record of leading complex projects with enterprise-wide implications.
↳Deep expertise in multiple data management and platform engineering capabilities.
