04As the Data Analytics & Insights Manager, you will bridge complex data to strategic action for our Direct-to-Consumer (DTX) eCommerce business.
01Lead a team of 3–4 internal data analysts and external agency resources to deliver insights to business partners.
02Build a culture and practice of proactive business partnering.
03Ensure insights are actionable and commercially relevant for stakeholders.
04Drive Global Scalability, establishing standards for scalable analytical approaches.
05Create and maintain dynamic dashboards on Tableau and automated reports.
06Ensure data practices comply with legal, privacy, and regulatory practices.
07Develop and execute the AI strategy for the analytics workflow.
08Utilize Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) and other data sources.
09Partner with the Digital Growth Solutions team to ensure data layer integrity and governance.
10Manage and interpret sentiment data via CDP/CRM platforms, NPS, on-site surveys and other sources.
Anforderungen
↳Excellent communication skills.
↳SQL proficiency.
↳5–7 years experience in eCommerce analytics.
↳Experience working within a global organization.
↳Proven experience managing direct reports and agencies.
↳Familiarity with the modern data stack (Snowflake, Tableau).
↳Bachelors degree in Business, Data Analytics, Data Science or related field.
↳Masters degree preferred.
