Purpose of the Role -Lead and deploy the Manufacturing Excellence strategy—covering both process and people pillars within the Syngenta Production System (SPS)—to improve Formulation, Filling & Packing (FF&P) Manufacturing performance. Partner with FF&P manufacturing leaders to identify and build the capabilities required to drive transformation and optimize cost efficiency, innovation, quality, and production performance (processes, systems, and people). Ensure strong focus on execution, design, efficiency, and agility.
