In this pivotal leadership role within our Product Management team, you will define and drive Tecan-s software strategy for our liquid handling product portfolio. As Head of Software Product Management, you will bridge Product Management and R&D, ensuring that architectural and product decisions serve both customer needs and business objectives. You will build, develop, and lead a high-performing Software Product Management team, championing a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and accountability. You will play a key role in transformation-leading change, developing people, and making critical decisions on hiring, team structure, and performance management. Your ability to execute, set clear direction, and deliver measurable results will be essential as you drive platform improvements and ensure our software products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
