Anforderungen
↳Hold a university degree in biomedical engineering, chemistry, biology, or related discipline.
↳Registered to practice before the EPO and/or USPTO.
↳Substantial experience in a patent department within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
↳Strong understanding of patentability and legal issues relating to software and AI.
↳Demonstrated experience in patent drafting and prosecution.
↳Supported or led contract negotiations involving intellectual property.
