A major focus of the position will be **Talent Acquisition**, particularly for IT, consulting, sales and other specialised profiles. You will manage recruitment processes end-to-end, from understanding the hiring need through to onboarding, while also supporting day-to-day HR activities throughout the employee lifecycle.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys recruiting, working closely with hiring managers and candidates, and at the same time being involved in the broader employee lifecycle.
