↳Minimum 3 years of first hands-on experience or consulting experience in business analysis, reporting or analytics;
↳Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics or a related field;
↳Solid technical understanding of analytics and reporting solutions and the underlying data; experience with Power BI and/or Pigment is a strong plus;
↳Good understanding of business processes, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa;
↳Self-starter mentality with a strong drive to get things done and take ownership of tasks and projects;
↳Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and proactively identify possible enhancements;
↳Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail during requirements analysis and testing;
↳Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect effectively across teams and with both business and IT stakeholders;
↳Great team player and ability to work collaboratively at various levels of the organization.
