Support the General Counsel and legal team with the preparation, review, and negotiation of trading documentation for LNG, Power, and Gas transactions Provide clear and practical legal support to the trading business on day-to-day commercial transactions Draft, review, and negotiate a range of energy trading agreements, including sale and purchase agreements, transportation agreements, and other commercial contracts Assist the legal team in advising on the structuring and execution of LNG, Power, and Gas transactions Work closely with Trading, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and other internal teams to understand business needs and provide practical legal solutions Assist with identifying and assessing regulatory requirements relevant to LNG, Power, and Gas activities, including licensing and reporting obligations, and help ensure the company remains compliant
