We are looking for several Lean Industrialization Managers to join our Basel operations and help shape the way complex aviation work is performed. Depending on your background and expertise, you will join one of four exciting areas: Engineering, Production & Installation, MRO, or Aircraft Completions. This is not a role where you simply analyze processes and write reports. You will be where the work happens, working alongside operators, technicians, engineers, supervisors, and quality specialists to identify problems, develop solutions, and make improvements happen.
