↳Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management or a related discipline
↳Around 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, consumer products or a comparable regulated manufacturing environment, ideally within Supply Chain or Manufacturing
↳Hands-on experience in supply planning and coordination with manufacturing sites and/or external manufacturing partners
↳Strong knowledge of Master Scheduling, Forecasting, Customer Service, Logistics, Distribution and/or Inventory Management
↳Very good understanding of operational planning processes, including MPS, MRP and forecasting
↳Experience working with ERP systems SAP, BI and/or APO experience would be an advantage
↳APICS certification (CPIM and/or CSCP) is a plus
↳Project management experience is advantageous
↳Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify supply risks and drive issues towards resolution
↳Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across internal and external organizations
↳Ability to manage multiple priorities and work accurately in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
↳Excellent MS Excel and MS Office skills
↳Fluent English; French and/or German would be an advantage
↳Willingness to travel occasionally if required
