Payroll & HR Operations Specialist (m/f/d) (80-100%) Siehe Version auf Deutsch weiter unten In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll and HR operations for more than 1,000 employees in Switzerland. As part of the HR Switzerland team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality payroll services, maintaining data integrity, and supporting employees and managers across the employee lifecycle. Reporting to the Head of HR Switzerland, you will manage the monthly payroll process and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR operational processes and systems.
