About the role: We are looking for a platform engineer / developer experience engineer to improve the systems that help our engineering team move quickly and safely. This is a hands-on role spanning build systems, CI, testing infrastructure, dependency and vulnerability management, and internal developer tooling. The engineer will combine operational ownership with deeper system improvement: keeping critical processes reliable while identifying and removing recurring sources of friction. The ideal candidate has strong software engineering fundamentals, excellent debugging instincts, and a genuine interest in building tools and workflows for other engineers. They understand that an internal platform is a product: solutions must be reliable, ergonomic, well documented, and easy to adopt. Candidates do not need prior ownership of every area in the role. We value broad engineering judgment, curiosity, and demonstrated interest in improving developer productivity over narrow specialization.
