Beschreibung

As Manager, Production, you will lead the day-to-day running of production operations: setting priorities, planning team activities, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the team can deliver reliably in a fast-changing environment.

Aufgaben

Lead and manage the production operations team
Ensure production runs smoothly, safely, and reliably
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Lead projects autonomously
Partner cross-functionally with Quality, QC, project teams, and customers

Anforderungen

Direct working experience in a production or warehouse capacity for a similar healthcare, lifescience, diagnostic or medical device environment
Experience leading people who need to be on site every day
Direct leadership exposure in lean environments
Strong operational judgement
Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives
