Durchsetzung aller Sicherheitsvorschriften, Durchführung von Rundgängen sowie Sicherstellung von Ordnung
Mitarbeitergespräche, Beurteilungen, Förderung sowie Betreuung von Lernenden und Ansprechpartner für das Team
Durchführung kleiner Reparaturen, Koordination bei Störungen, Materialmanagement sowie Inventur und laufende Prozessoptimierung
Aufgaben
Planning, monitoring and controlling core and casting programs
Ensuring a smooth production process including order processing and KPI recording
Assigning employees, ensuring break replacements, balancing capacities, and responsibility for vacation planning and working time control
Monitoring process parameters, conducting samples and initiating measures in case of quality deviations
Enforcing all safety regulations, conducting rounds and ensuring order
Conducting employee discussions, evaluations, promoting and mentoring apprentices and being a contact person for the team
Carrying out minor repairs, coordinating in case of disruptions, material management as well as inventory and ongoing process optimization
Anforderungen
Completed technical training, ideally in a foundry
Several years of experience in production and first leadership experience
Structured, responsible and solution-oriented working style
Assertiveness combined with team orientation
Good knowledge of production processes, quality assurance and occupational safety
