Provide legal support across the full lifecycle of international projects, from development and structuring through execution and operations. Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial and project agreements (including EPC, EPCM, FIDIC, construction, procurement, supply, services and partnership agreements). Advise business and project teams on contractual risk, project delivery, governance, change management and stakeholder relationships. Support claims management, dispute avoidance and resolution strategies, working closely with internal and external stakeholders. Lead or support negotiations with investors, development partners, contractors, suppliers and other project stakeholders. Act as a trusted legal partner to development, construction, procurement, finance and leadership teams on strategic initiatives and complex transactions.
