Identify problems worth solving. Understand complex legal, tax and corporate environments and determine where AI can fundamentally improve how work and decisions happen. Shape the technical vision. Design intelligent systems across models, agents, knowledge, retrieval, enterprise integration and human interaction, making informed trade-offs across capability, cost, latency, security and reliability. Build and test new concepts. Work with engineers and domain experts to rapidly prototype, evaluate and turn the strongest ideas into production-grade systems. Create reusable IP. Turn what we learn into architectures, accelerators and capabilities that can scale across clients and domains. Advise senior leaders. Translate complex technology into clear choices and help executives rethink how their organisations operate with AI. Lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers, domain experts and consultants from ambiguous problem through to working solution. Stay close to the frontier. Evaluate emerging research, models and technologies and determine what is genuinely useful, bringing the best ideas into our work.
