↳- Proven experience improving end to end finance processes within a complex global organisation (ideally retail).
↳- Strong knowledge of finance operations, including areas such as Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Tax, FP&A.
↳- Excellent process improvement and analytical skills, with experience in process mapping, root cause analysis, Lean or continuous improvement methodologies, and translating insights into practical solutions.
↳- Strong Stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence, challenge constructively, and build trusted relationships across finance and cross-functional teams.
↳- Experience with ERP (ideally D365 FO) and tools like Excel/Google sheet, Looker, Miro, Parabola or any workflow builder, AI agents, and process mining tool.
↳- A collaborative, curious and improvement focussed mindset, with excellent communication skills and a passion for driving operational excellence, governance and sustainable change.
