The ideal candidate brings extensive experience across Telecom BSS, CRM, billing, provisioning, rating, inventory, data migration, testing, operations, and platform modernization, combined with strong delivery and client leadership experience. This is a senior client-facing role requiring the ability to manage complex multi-vendor environments, lead large international teams, oversee delivery performance, and work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders.
