A monthly stipend of 4687 Swiss Francs per month (tax free).
Your responsibilities: Review, correct, and validate transport requests, and organise import and export shipments by road, air, sea, and rail. Ensure compliance with transport, customs, and dangerous goods regulations, and prepare and verify transport and customs documentation. Coordinate shipments with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery. Advise CERN users on transport and logistics solutions, prepare transport quotations, and recommend the most suitable shipping options. Verify and approve transport invoices, and resolve transport issues, claims, and delivery disputes. Provide excellent customer service and respond to users' transport-related enquiries. Support continuous improvement of shipping processes and logistics tools.
