01Inventory Management

02Responsible for stock replenishment and novelties

03Track stock levels, place purchase orders (POs), and coordinate with the store team and head office for stock replenishment and transfers

04Receive, inspect, and verify merchandise against orders, ensuring accuracy and quality standards.

05Report any discrepancies or damaged products to the Boutique Managers.

06Oversee stock levels, coordinate deliveries, and monitor inventory accuracy.

07Classify, tag, and organize stock in accordance with store procedures for easy accessibility and replenishment.

08Conduct and assist with monthly inventory counts, reconciling discrepancies and ensuring records are up-to-date.

09Manage the handover and follow-up of maintenance goods, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.

10Support daily system operations related to stock management as per policy

11Financial Operations

12Reconcile daily sales documents, invoices, and cashier operations, ensuring compliance with company standards.

13Maintain accurate records, handle correspondence, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

14Manage tax receipts and statements, including monthly tax control system operations.

15Oversee processes related to returns and replacements, ensuring accurate records and compliance.

16Store Operations Support

17Assist with budget tracking, expense management, and preparation of financial reports.

18Manage daily operations, including scheduling, maintenance, and vendor coordination.

19Prepare sales, inventory, and operational reports for management review.

20Work closely with the Boutique Manager and staff to ensure operational needs are met.

21Ensure that health and safety standards, as well as company guidelines, are followed

22Monitor and manage inventory of store supplies (e.g., visual merchandising materials, stationery, packaging, guest refreshments).

23Ensure timely ordering and replenishment.

24Assist with VM display adjustments, monthly display reports, and inventory of props.

25Maintain store operation manuals and ensure adherence to company processes and standards.

Anforderungen

↳2-3 years of experience in retail in a similar position.

↳Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

↳Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.

↳Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively in a team environment.

↳Fluent in English and French, Italian is an advantage.
