Student Support - Private Markets Transaction Tax and Tax Structuring 60 - 80%
01Assisting with the coordination of tax workstreams relating to private equity, infrastructure, private credit and other investment transactions;
02Supporting process improvement initiatives and the use of digital tools within the team;
03Supporting the management of the team inbox and coordinating incoming requests;
04Assisting with the collection, organization and filing of tax, legal and transaction-related documentation;
05Assisting with the review of investment subscription and onboarding documentation for completeness and consistency;
06Preparing document packages and supporting signing and document execution processes for investment transactions;
07Maintaining transaction trackers, internal databases and reporting tools;
08Comparing, compiling and organizing documents received from fund managers, service providers and advisors;
09Supporting the preparation of presentations, status updates and internal meeting materials;
10Assisting in coordinating with internal teams, external counsel and tax advisors on administrative and project-related matters.
Anforderungen
↳Pursuing a Bachelor or beginning of master's degree in Law or a related Legal and/or Tax subject
↳Excellent English writing and communication skills, including personal or professional experience in an English-speaking environment;
↳Strong interest in enhancing financial acumen and broadening knowledge of the tax risk management associated with the firm's private market investments and fund structures
↳Good organizational skills.
