04As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating production planning activities across two Swiss sites, while also managing the logistics and shipment of finished goods.
01Extract and analyse demand forecasts from SAP.
02Maintain internal project requirements and local VSF data in SAP.
03Align local demand with the Global Supply Chain organisation.
04Review demand and MRP requirements in SAP.
05Participate in weekly production scheduling meetings.
06Create, edit and close production work orders.
07Prepare and provide weekly reporting to the Global Supply Chain team in Frankfurt.
08Maintain user manuals and planning documentation.
09Maintain advanced Excel files, KPIs and reporting tools.
10Maintain SAP MM & PP master data.
11Coordinate international transportation from Switzerland to EU destinations, including customs documentation.
12Maintain SAP WM master data.
13Adapt internal logistics activities according to production requirements.
14Monitor inventory levels in collaboration with Production.
15Lead weekly logistics meetings with local stock teams.
16Support investigations related to Non-Conformities.
17Lead Change Controls related to Logistics activities.
18Conduct the annual review of Logistics pFMEA and SOPs.
19Develop and maintain missing work instructions and operational procedures.
20Use Microsoft Copilot on a daily basis to support and optimise operational activities.
