As an M365 Collaboration engineer, you will be the driving force behind our Microsoft 365 platform strategy — championing adoption, governing the platform at scale, and building solutions that empower end-users across the organization.
Aufgaben
Own the M365 platform strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle
Establish and enforce governance frameworks covering SharePoint/MS Teams Policies
Monitor platform health, usage analytics, and compliance posture
Drive M365 adoption initiatives across SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, and Viva
Develop and execute adoption campaigns, training programs, and champion networks
Act as the internal subject matter expert for M365
Build and maintain site templates, provisioning scripts, and automated governance workflows
Leverage Microsoft Graph API to extend M365 capabilities
Lead and coordinate migrations from SharePoint On-Premises, file shares, and legacy systems to M365
Partner with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into platform solutions
Anforderungen
Experience designing and executing M365 adoption programs
Deep hands-on experience with SharePoint Online architecture
Proficient in PnP PowerShell and the PnP Framework
Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API
Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 tenant administration and governance tooling
Working knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable platform configurations
Hands-on experience with migration tools: Sharegate, SPMT, or Metalogix is a plus
Strong communicator who can engage both technical teams and business leadership
Excellent English communication skills
