Key Responsibilities Act as the designated Person Responsible for Advertising in accordance with Art. 25 AWV. Review and approve promotional and non-promotional materials to ensure scientific accuracy, balance and compliance with Swiss requirements. Maintain the legally required archive of promotional materials and act as key contact for Swissmedic on advertising-related matters. Apply medical and scientific expertise to assess clinical data, scientific evidence and relevant treatment developments. Provide medical and scientific guidance to internal teams, including support for KVV Art. 71a–d reimbursement requests where needed. Support local medical, scientific and educational initiatives in line with regional and global objectives. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent, compliant and high-quality scientific communication.
