01Development and communication of the Group's equity story in cooperation with the rest of the Investor Relations team
02Engaging in an active dialogue with financial analysts and investors, supporting the sell-side's financial modelling and understanding of the equity story
03Contribute to semi-annual reporting including preparation of earnings presentations, parts of the financial reports, Q&A documents, and consensus collection amongst other things
04Organisation and preparation of investor and analyst events such as Capital Markets Days or earnings calls
05Conducting peer analyses and producing IR-related reports to internal stakeholders, in particular the Executive Management and Board of Directors
06Preparation of, and participation in, roadshows and investor conferences
07Ensuring compliance with stock exchange regulations
08Support in further developing investor targeting and monitoring of the shareholder base
09Maintenance and further development of the Investor Relations webpage
Anforderungen
↳University degree in business administration, economics or a related or mathematical discipline, ideally with a focus on finance
↳Relevant further training (e.g. CFA degree) an advantage
↳Very good oral and written English skills
↳Very good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
↳Strong analytical and conceptual skills
↳Strong communication skills, personality of integrity with high social skills
↳Professional experience in finance, preferably in insurance and/or investor relations is an advantage as is knowledge of IFRS reporting (in particular IFRS 17) and capital markets.
