Die Stelle

The IT Project Manager will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects in an international environment. This role requires a combination of project management expertise, technical knowledge, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

01* Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of IT projects from initiation through completion.

02* Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.

03* Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and external partners.

04* Translate business requirements into clear technical workstreams and project roadmaps.

05* Facilitate communication between infrastructure, software development, cybersecurity, data, and business teams.

06* Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.

07* Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and best practices.

08* Coordinate international teams located across multiple countries and time zones.

09* Organize steering committees, project status meetings, and executive reporting.

10* Monitor project performance through KPIs and project dashboards.

11* Support change management and user adoption initiatives.

12* Manage third-party vendors and technology implementation partners.

13* Contribute to technology strategy discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.

14* Ensure successful transition from project delivery to operational support teams.

Anforderungen

↳* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

↳* 5+ years of experience managing IT projects in complex international environments.

↳* Previous technical experience in areas such as software development, infrastructure, cloud technologies, systems engineering, or enterprise applications.

↳* Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders.

↳* Strong understanding of IT project delivery methodologies.

↳* Experience working within multicultural and globally distributed organizations.

↳* Excellent communication and presentation skills.

↳* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

↳* Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments and system architecture.

↳* Experience with Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).

↳* Knowledge of enterprise applications, integrations, and data flows.

↳* Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and IT governance frameworks.

↳* Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.

↳* Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar platforms.

↳* Ability to understand technical designs, architecture diagrams, and infrastructure landscapes.

↳* Knowledge of data platforms, APIs, and modern digital technologies is considered an advantage.
