01Review of customer & supplier contracts
02General support with legal cases
03Conduct case-by-case assessments in connection with possible sanctions
04Support and review of key IT supplier contracts
05Act as the interface to external lawyers in debt collection cases
06Oversee matters relating to GTCs, GTPs and the commercial register
07Responsibility for Export Control and compliance with applicable laws
08Responsibility for defining departmental guidelines and ensuring compliance
09Contract management and participation in M&A activities
Anforderungen
↳University degree in Law, preferred from a Swiss university
↳Excellent communication and organizational skills
↳Excellent English language skills
↳Proficiency in German and/or French would be an advantage
↳Very good knowledge of MS Office
↳Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
↳Reliable and thorough approach to work
↳Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, flexible and self-motivated approach
