↳* Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build long-term collaboration internally and externally.

↳* Ability to evaluate complex operational scenarios, make informed decisions independently, and apply advanced problem-solving methodologies.

↳* Extensive knowledge of engineering, manufacturing, assembly, commissioning, products, suppliers, and market dynamics.

↳* Strong business and commercial acumen with high cost awareness across the value chain.

↳* Proficient in project management, MS Office, and project management tools with a systematic and entrepreneurial mindset.

↳* Excellent English communication skills, high autonomy, prioritization ability, and strong quality assurance capabilities.
