↳Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering or equivalent.
↳Minimum 8 years of experience in turbocharging, automotive, aerospace, industrial equipment or similar manufacturing industries.
↳Proven experience in supplier industrialization, production readiness, APQP deployment and successful ramp-up management.
↳Strong understanding of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plans, 8D and Root Cause Analysis.
↳Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt certification and experience with process capability and SPC tools is an advantage.
↳Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects involving Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and external suppliers.
↳Proven experience moderating technical discussions, leading task forces and driving complex problem-solving activities.
↳Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align organizations without direct authority.
↳Hands-on, results-oriented leader with strong analytical skills and willingness to travel internationally for supplier assessments, industrialization activities and ramp-up support.
↳Fluent English and German.
