↳University degree in Mathematics, Financial Mathematics, Economics or a comparable field, ideally with a specialization in Statistics or Econometrics
↳Strong knowledge of the insurance industry (reinsurance a plus), risk management and solvency regimes such as FINMA SST and Solvency II; actuarial training is an advantage
↳Several years of experience in (re)insurance, risk management, controlling, capital management or Financial Planning & Analysis, ideally in an international environment
↳Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills combined with an entrepreneurial mindset and a structured, independent way of working
↳High level of initiative, excellent communication skills, openness to change and a strong commitment to continuous learning and development
↳Excellent written and spoken German and English skills, as well as advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel; programming experience with VBA or similar programming languages is an advantage
