Beschreibung

What it's about Join Partners Group’s Client Content Evergreens team at the center of our Evergreens fundraising momentum – shaping the product story and bringing investment insights to life through best-in-class client materials. In this role, you will lead how we position our Evergreens platform across reports, pitch materials, DDQs/RFPs and strategic requests, ensuring content is impactful, consistent, and stakeholder-ready. You will also help modernize our content engine by accelerating the adoption of data, technology and AI-enabled ways of working – supporting scalable, high-quality communication aligned with our long-term, responsible investment mindset.

Aufgaben

Shape and execute product content activities for Partners Group’s Evergreens business line
Oversee and contribute to monthly Evergreen reports, product pitchbooks and teasers, DDQs, and RFP responses
Set and enforce standards for editorial quality and tone
Serve as a key point of contact for complex client requests and high-stakes reporting
Drive adoption of new technologies, data tools and AI solutions
Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate investment insights into client-facing content
Stay current on private markets trends and the competitive landscape
Support internal education initiatives and special projects

Anforderungen

Bachelor’s degree (business, finance, or related field preferred), or equivalent practical experience
Strong understanding of (or clear interest in) private market investments
Demonstrated experience (4-10 years) in a similar role within financial services
Advanced analytical toolkit (e.g., Excel / SQL)
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders in a matrix organization
Excellent editorial judgment and communication skills
Comfortable leading change and innovation
High ownership, attention to detail, and sound prioritization under tight timelines
Exceptional English and German written and verbal communication skills
