The role at glance We are looking for a hands-on and technically strong finance professional to lead our Swiss accounting function during a fixed-term period. You will own the books and financial statements of four Swiss legal entities, lead the three accountants who deliver that work with you, and act as finance counterpart to the clinics and the group functions. The role reports directly to the Group CFO. The Senior Manager Group Finance position is offered on an 80–100% workload and is initially structured as a fixed-term role from October 2026 to April 2028 (indicative). While the initial appointment is fixed-term, there is a strong possibility for the role to continue beyond this period, subject to business needs and mutual agreement. The longer-term perspective, including a potential extension or transition into a permanent position, will be reviewed during FY27. The role is based on site in Hertenstein and Vitznau, near Lucerne, Switzerland, with limited remote working, and reports directly to the Group CFO.
