01Supporting the Restaurant Manager in leading the service team at Paradiso Mountain Club.
02Coordinating daily restaurant operations both in the lounge and in the club.
03Creating memorable guest experiences through warm hospitality.
04Maintaining the highest standards of food and beverage presentation.
05Supporting the recruitment, training and development of the service team.
06Close collaboration with the Events team and other hotel departments.
07Supporting the Restaurant Manager with operational reporting and cost control.
