Du möchtest die Infrastruktur der Schweiz aktiv mitgestalten und deine Erfahrung in anspruchsvollen Bauprojekten einbringen? In dieser abwechslungsreichen Rolle übernimmst du eine zentrale Funktion bei der Realisierung vielseitiger Strassen- und Tiefbauprojekte in der Zentralschweiz. Du bist die wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen Bauherrschaft, Unternehmern, Projektleitenden und Fachspezialist*innen und sorgst dafür, dass aus Planung erfolgreiche Bauwerke entstehen. Gemeinsam mit einem erfahrenen und interdisziplinären Team arbeitest du an Projekten, die Regionen verbinden und nachhaltig prägen.

Responsabilités

You take over the local construction management of demanding road and civil engineering projects and ensure successful implementation on site.
You coordinate the execution on site, manage contractors and specialists, and ensure that quality, deadlines, and costs are adhered to.
You are an important contact person for clients, contractors, authorities, and internal project teams.
You prepare tender documents, specifications, and technical documentation accurately and professionally.
You support project managers with cost control, scheduling, construction programs, and technical issues.
You actively contribute your practical experience to project planning and develop optimal technical solutions together with the team.
You play a significant role in ensuring that our projects are implemented successfully, efficiently, and sustainably.

Exigences

You have completed training as a certified technician in HF, construction manager, civil engineer, or a comparable qualification.
You have experience in construction management of road and civil engineering projects and know the processes on Swiss construction sites.
You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented and like to take responsibility.
You have a strong quality and cost awareness as well as a high customer orientation.
You are a team-oriented, communicative person who enjoys technically demanding projects.
You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
Experience with Swiss standards and norms (e.g. SIA/VSS) as well as knowledge of French or English is an advantage.
