03In this role, you will play a key part in ensure configuartion tracking, safety, reliability, and compliance.
01Training Development & Coordination
02Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive Training Material for Maintenance Personnel, Ground Personnel and Flight Crews (Pilots/UAS Operators)
03Coordinate and schedule all internal and external training activities to support fleet readiness.
04Ensure all training programs comply with EASA Regulation (EU) 2019/945 (and other relevant aviation authority) regulations.
05Continuing Airworthiness Management (CAMO)
06Execute CAMO tasks across the active operational fleet to guarantee safety, regulatory compliance, and maximum dispatch reliability.
07Author, maintain, and dynamically update the Aircraft Maintenance Program (AMP) based on engineering data and reliability inputs.
08Analyze fleet maintenance data to identify trends, reporting issues back to engineering and production teams.
09Maintenance Planning & Coordination
10Plan and coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities with flight operations in order to optimize aircraft downtime.
11Work closely with supply chain and project managers to ensure necessary design data tooling, parts, and personnel are available for upcoming maintenance tasks.
12Technical Documentation Support
13Assist the engineering and flight ops teams in compiling and refining the Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM) and the Airplane Flight Manual (AFM).
14Ensure practical feedback from active maintenance operations is systematically integrated into manual revisions and new designs.
