**Drive transformation initiatives** You lead fit-gap analyses, target operating model discussions, and solution design activities across areas such as IRM, TPRM, BCM, Policy & Compliance Management, Audit Management, and Issue Management.
**Collaborate across disciplines** You work closely with architects, developers, platform specialists, and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of ServiceNow capabilities.
**Guide delivery and stakeholder adoption** You support testing, deployment, hypercare, and change activities while acting as a trusted advisor for both client stakeholders and project teams.
