What you will do: Develop and implement global category and sourcing strategies for logistics, transportation, and warehousing services across regions and business units. Lead strategic sourcing projects, competitive tenders, supplier negotiations, and contract management to deliver sustainable value and cost optimization. Build and manage a robust savings pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, tracking, and realization of procurement benefits. Act as the global procurement subject matter expert for logistics and warehousing, providing market intelligence and strategic guidance. Drive supplier selection, onboarding, performance management, and governance to improve service quality, resilience, innovation, and compliance. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align category strategies with business needs, operational priorities, sustainability goals, and risk mitigation plans. Identify and implement continuous improvement, digitalization, and process harmonization initiatives to enhance efficiency and transparency.
