The Head of Corporate Governance will have global responsibility; this recruit will be required to implement a sustained programme of internal controls.
Your remit will also include the recruitment and development of a focussed team, to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls relating to risks.
The successful candidate will contribute to risk assessment profiles and business monitoring and overall implementation of group’s audit strategy in line with ascertained methodology, in unison with Internal Audit.
