Your Mission: To build, coach, and scale a high-performing product management team while driving the flawless execution of Flya's product strategy. Reporting directly to the Chief Technology & Product Officer (CTPO), you will be the operational engine and cultural cornerstone of our product organization. At Flya, the CTPO and the Principal Product Manager set the overarching product vision; your job is to lead the 6-person product management team to turn that vision into reality. You will focus on team development, modern product processes, and execution, as well as roll up your sleeves to lead specific products hands-on when needed. You will foster a culture of deep empathy for our customers, rapid testing, and evidence-based product management, ultimately empowering the whole engineering team to deliver measurable business outcomes.
