The Interim Accounting Manager EMEA will oversee accounting operations and reporting processes for the medtech in Lausanne. This temporary role focuses on ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency within the accounting and finance department.
01Manage accounting processes for the EMEA region to ensure accuracy and compliance.
02Overseeing key accounting operations across the region, including accounts payable, payroll accounting, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, and general ledger activities.
03Driving cash flow management through accurate cash forecasting, intercompany funding coordination, and robust payment control processes.
04Ensuring effective payroll governance by managing payroll accounting, accruals, gross-to-net reconciliations, and compliance with local statutory requirements.
05Partnering with third-party providers, shared service centers, and local finance teams to deliver operational excellence and foster continuous process improvements.
06Acting as the primary escalation point for complex accounting, operational, and regulatory matters, ensuring timely resolution and compliance.
Exigences
↳Strong technical accounting expertise in US GAAP, statutory reporting, and multinational consolidations.
↳Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
↳Deep understanding of internal controls, SOX compliance, and corporate governance.
↳Experience managing outsourced accounting, payroll, and shared-service providers.
↳Strong project management and process improvement capabilities.
↳Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
↳Exceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
