↳Deep understanding of testing strategies, quality frameworks, governance models and testing best practices.
↳Previous hands-on experience in testing or quality assurance roles, providing strong practical credibility with technical teams.
↳Good understanding of modern testing technologies, automation approaches and software delivery practices.
↳Experience building standards, governance frameworks and quality operating models across multiple teams and locations.
↳Excellent communication, facilitation and negotiation skills.
↳Demonstrated success working in multicultural and geographically distributed environments.
↳Ability to federate teams, overcome resistance and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
↳Strong strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic and delivery-oriented approach.
