Erstellen, Prüfen und Bewerten von Konzepten und technischen Spezifikationen
Durchführung von Ausschreibungen, Angebotsbewertungen und Unterstützung bei der Beauftragung
Führen von Genehmigungs- und Freigabeverfahren mit der Aufsichtsbehörde
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der relevanten gesetzlichen und regulatorischen Anforderungen (Kernenergiegesetz, ENSI-Richtlinien etc.)
Verantwortlich für die Durchführung der Integration und Inbetriebnahme von Anlageänderungen
Koordination der beteiligten internen Stellen (Betrieb, Instandhaltung, Engineering, Cyber Security) sowie externer Lieferanten
Responsabilités
Responsible for planning and implementation of changes in the area of safety control technology
Creating, checking and evaluating concepts and technical specifications
Conducting tenders, bid evaluations and supporting the awarding process
Leading approval and release procedures with the regulatory authority
Ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements (Nuclear Energy Act, ENSI guidelines, etc.)
Responsible for the integration and commissioning of plant changes
Coordinating the involved internal departments (operations, maintenance, engineering, cyber security) as well as external suppliers
Exigences
Completed engineering degree (ETH/University) in electrical engineering
Several years of professional experience in the field of control technology, ideally in safety-relevant and highly available systems in energy generation (e.g. power plants, process industry, nuclear technology)
Experience in the planning, commissioning and operation of control technology facilities
Willingness to lead employees in small interdisciplinary work and project teams; strong communication and conflict resolution skills
