As an M365 Collaboration engineer, you will be the driving force behind our Microsoft 365 platform strategy — championing adoption, governing the platform at scale, and building solutions that empower end-users across the organization.
01Own the M365 platform strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle
02Establish and enforce governance frameworks covering SharePoint/MS Teams Policies
03Monitor platform health, usage analytics, and compliance posture
04Drive M365 adoption initiatives across SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, and Viva
05Develop and execute adoption campaigns, training programs, and champion networks
06Act as the internal subject matter expert for M365
07Build and maintain site templates, provisioning scripts, and automated governance workflows
08Leverage Microsoft Graph API to extend M365 capabilities
09Lead and coordinate migrations from SharePoint On-Premises, file shares, and legacy systems to M365
10Partner with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into platform solutions
Exigences
↳Experience designing and executing M365 adoption programs
↳Deep hands-on experience with SharePoint Online architecture
↳Proficient in PnP PowerShell and the PnP Framework
↳Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API
↳Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 tenant administration and governance tooling
↳Working knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate
↳Ability to translate business requirements into scalable platform configurations
↳Hands-on experience with migration tools: Sharegate, SPMT, or Metalogix is a plus
↳Strong communicator who can engage both technical teams and business leadership
↳Excellent English communication skills
