Deine Aufgaben Prozessverantwortung für die Outbound-Prozesse Stellvertretung des Inbound Coordinators bei dessen Abwesenheit Aktive Mitarbeit im Wareneingang Warenausgang: Übergabe von Ware und Papieren bei Sondertransporten und Speditionen Sicherstellung des reibungslosen und zeitnahen Warenflusses im ERP System (SAP) Prüfung der Frachtpapiere sowie der Ware auf Transportschäden Kommissionierung, Buchung (Scannen), Verpackung und Versand der Kundenaufträge unter Einhaltung der kundenspezifischen Vorgaben Mitwirken bei der Abwicklung der permanenten Inventur

Responsabilités

Process responsibility for outbound processes
Deputy of the inbound coordinator in their absence
Active participation in goods receipt
Goods issue: handover of goods and documents for special transports and freight forwarders
Ensuring smooth and timely flow of goods in the ERP system (SAP)
Checking freight documents and goods for transport damage
Picking, booking (scanning), packaging and shipping customer orders while adhering to customer-specific requirements
Participating in the handling of the permanent inventory

Exigences

Completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ
At least five years of professional experience
Interest in medical technology
Further training in logistics is an advantage
Strong understanding of process design, optimization, and coordination
Proactive in driving improvements
Ideally, user knowledge in SAP (MM and ERP)
Proficient in common MS Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word
Structured, precise, and responsible work ethic
Team player who actively contributes ideas and recognizes improvement potentials in logistics processes
